Sometimes clients want to know if it is possible to do an extension, a garage, a pool, then it is necessary to check existing building regulations and planning parameters applicable in the area where the property is located, as well as  license´s costs, time scale, look for builders for quotes, etc.

Knowing what kind of extension, renovation or new building the client has in mind, it is possible to check whether technically and legally the mentioned job can be done, providing a rough estimate for the intended works getting the client an investment figure.

The Planning Survey could involves round trips and meetings with Town Hall technicians, full analysis of planning and building regulations of the area and perhaps liaising with the client´s legal advisor.

Professional fees would be quoted according to the particular case.
