The Building Survey or any other documents provided by me are solely for the use of the Client and the Client’s professional advisers, and no liability to anyone else is accepted.
Should the Client not act upon any reasonable advice contained in the Report, no responsibility can be accepted by the author.

The report or any part of it may not be reproduced in any shape or form without the written approval of the author.

Like a qualified architect registered at the Spanish Institute of Architects I have the responsibility assured that can be derived from the professional exercise by the insurance obtained with ASEMAS - Mutua de Seguros y Reaseguros through the Spanish Institute of Architects.
